COVID 19
PANDEMIC PORTAL
NOTICE: ANYONE having ANY symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have recently been exposed to someone with symptoms or who in-fact has COVID-19
MUST reschedule their appointment.
As always, if you, YOURSELF are ILL, or have ANY contagious condition we will need to reschedule your appointment.
EXTENDED HOURS
We will be extending our hours to open earlier and stay open later in an attempt to allow for our customary schedule. This way we can accommodate our guests and our stylists so that we can maintain the same quantity of clients just over a longer period of time
FACE MASKS
Face masks are OPTIONAL (per the Governors orders) but, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
EXPRESS SERVICES
We are NOW OFFERING EXPRESS SERVICES. To save time and money, we are offering express services for that “in between appointment" times. These services are offered at a reduced rate and do not include a blow out or style. (Express root touch up, cleanups, end trims etc). Ask your stylist for more information and pricing.
ONLINE BOOKING
We have been an exclusive online booking salon. We highly recommend ONLINE BOOKING to reduce any exposure. We are anticipating a busy schedule and with added COVID19 regulations, more time will be spent doing proper sanitation in between EACH guest. This is the most efficient way to book and SECURE your appointment. We will not be able to return phone calls text messages or emails in a prompt manner.
PAYMENT
All payment transactions at this time will be done digitally at the chair once services are complete. We are excepting touch free payments (credit card, cash app etc)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our 48 hour cancellation & Change of Service cancellation policy is now discontinued. We anticipate that we will be extremely busy, especially with the new capacity limitations imposed on us. For now, we will not be able to operate at our normal capacity. That being said cancellations and no-shows will be strictly enforced.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum 72 Hours Cancellation is required or you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled appointment. This must be paid in order to schedule ANY future appointments.
NO SHOWS will automatically be charged a fee of $50 IN ADDITION TO 100% of your scheduled appointment. This must be paid in order to schedule ANY future appointments.
Your online booking access may be blocked and appointments can be denied.
DAY OF SERVICE CHANGES
Change requests must be made 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Because you have booked that time for that particular service we will charge you 100% of the scheduled appointment for the lost time.
Notifying us in advance, allows us the time to make appointments available for another guest needing to get in.

STYLING CHAIRS, SHAMPOO BOWLS, AND TOOLS
WE have always and continue to work diligently to clean and sanitize our salon especially shampoo bowls, tools, service chairs with HOSPITAL GRADE disinfectants after every service to ensure safety.
NO ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES
We are no longer allowing guests to attend services with our clients and our guests must wait outside or pick up clients after the completion of services due to social distancing requirements.
UPON ARRIVAL
We have provided for you, hand sanitizer (please use on arrival and departure) and a clean restroom supplied with soap and water and basic necessities.
PLAN ON LONGER THAN USUAL SERVICE TIMES
In preparation for reopening our doors, we are anticipating your service time may be longer than normal. Clients scheduling for color or blonding (chemical services) will most likely, have longer new growth due to the quarantine. This will add more application time.
TRYING SOMETHING NEW THIS TIME
If you plan to do a transformation from your normal appointment - be sure to include a note when scheduling online or message us. We will need to make time adjustments if necessary. (🎉🎊yay! This is our fav🎊🎉)
